Return Policy
At AcuiVital Nutraceuticals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. Here’s what you need to know about returning your order:
Damaged Products:
- If your product arrives damaged, it’s necessary to capture a short video of the unboxing process showcasing the damage. This video will help us expedite the investigation and ensure a swift resolution. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by phone at +919366243530 or email at contact@acuivital.com. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
- Unopened and Unused Products: If you’d like to return an unopened and unused product for any reason, you can do so within 2 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging with the invoice. A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Tampered Packaging: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately.
Refund Policy
- Prepaid Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a prepaid order before it ships, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll initiate the refund process within 2-3 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method and should appear in your account within 5-7 working days.
